RACVIAC Representatives MG Slaven Zdilar, Deputy Director and Ms Vedrana Djukarić, Activity Coordinator, CSE Pillar are attending meetings in Vienna concerning the Sub-Regional Arms Control agreement.

The parties to the Agreement on Sub-Regional Arms Control, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia, under the chairmanship of Serbia, held the XIII Review Conference on the Implementation of the Dayton Article IV Agreement on 8 November 2022 at the Hofburg in Vienna.

State Parties presented to CPC (Conflict Prevention Centre), OSCE the overview of implementation developments of the Agreement. In their statements all State Parties expressed gratitude to RACVIAC for their support in training future arms control inspectors as well as for RACVIAC long-standing support to the CSBMs (Confidence and Security Building Measures) in the region.

RACVIAC has been organizing the Dayton Article IV Course since 2001 and it’s one of the Center’s longest lasting courses. In order to be informed about the latest developments as well as to timely organize and prepare the Course, RACVIAC representatives attend all the meetings and conferences related to the Implementation of the Dayton Article IV Agreement.
