RACVIAC – Center for Security Cooperation Planning and Liaison Officer for SEE Countries, LTC Arta Driza, attended in the Annual Meeting of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) that took place in Skopje, North Macedonia on 12 June 2024 within the scope of the North Macedonia Chairmanship-in-Office (C-i-O) of the South East Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP).
RCC Secretary, General Majlinda Bregu, presented the organization’s Annual Report for the past year and delivered information on the SEE2030 Strategy implementation and next steps.
LTC Driza thanked the RCC Secretary General Majlinda Bregu for the invitation and congratulated the RCC for its achievements on contributing to regional security, stability and peace. RACVIAC representative emphasized the desire of the Centre to continue intensifying cooperation with RCC with the aim to fostering and strengthening security in the SEE region.
Participants in the RCC Annual Meeting approved the RCC’s 2023–2024 Annual Report as well as Amer Kapetanović’s appointment to the position of RCC Secretary General for the 2025–2027 term.
