RACVIAC BIDS A WARM FAREWELL TO MS BISERKA PETROVSKA

RACVIAC – Centre for Security Cooperation bids farewell to Ms Biserka Petrovska, who has completed her secondment as Programme Manager in Countering Transnational Security Threats Pillar.

Ms Petrovska was seconded to RACVIAC by the Ministry of Defence of Republic of North Macedonia in January 2023. During her tenure, she was actively involved in organizing activities in the areas of cybersecurity, crisis and disaster management, countering terrorism and organised crime, energy and environmental security, and European and Euro-Atlantic integrations. She actively supported and strengthened partnerships between RACVIAC and key partners; including the US DTRA, The General Mihailo Apostolski Military Academy, Algebra Bernays University, European Security and Defence College DPPI SEE and others.

Ms Petrovska also actively participted in activities beyond RACVIAC Programme, promoting RACVIAC mission and objectives. Some of her engagements last year included participation in events such as the roundtable “The EU in a Hardened Contemporary Environment: Balancing Security, Technology, Innovation, and Welfare” (University Algebra Bernays, Zagreb), the roundtable “Overview of the Current Cybersecurity Dynamics in the European Landscape” (hosted by the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre within the framework of the ECYBRIDGE Project, Romania), the conference “Role of Cyber Threat Intelligence” (Algebra Bernays University, Zagreb), and the 10th Regional Security Coordination Conference: “WB–EU: Shared Security, Shared Future” (organised by the Regional Cooperation Council, North Macedonia).

H.E. Ambassador Constantin-Mihail Grigorie,  RACVIAC Director, extended his sincere gratitude to Ms Biserka Petrovska for her professionalism, dedication, and contributions to the Centre’s mission. He acknowledged her efforts in strengthening partnerships and supporting regional cooperation, noting that her work has made a meaningful impact on the Centre’s development.
