After three years of dedicated service in RACVIAC we marked the end of the term of yet another of our friends and colleagues, COL Dimitrios Biris.
He joined RACVIAC – Centre for Security Cooperation in November 2020 as Programme Manager in Security Sector Governance Pillar. With his experience and ways of building good contact networks during his mandate and dedicated service he contributed immensely to RACVIAC.
On the occasion of his farewell COL Biris addressed his colleagues in a speech and thanked RACVIAC staff for the fruitful and enriching experience during his three-year tenure in the Organization.
Director of RACVIAC, H.E. Ambassador Constantin – Mihail Grigorie took the opportunity to express his gratitude for COL Biris’s professionalism and dedicated work in creating and implementing RACVIAC Programme aimed at promoting security cooperation and dialogue in the region. On behalf of RACVIAC staff Ambassador Grigorie wished him lots of happiness and success both privately and in his new job and expressed hope that the experience gained at RACVIAC will greatly contribute to that.
