To advance policy dialogue and technical collaboration on the transboundary application of ICS in complex disaster response scenarios, ensuring greater interoperability, efficiency, and resilience among civil protection authorities and emergency services in SEE.
Participants would be policymakers, senior representatives, and practitioners from: National civil protection authorities, Emergency services, Governmental agencies, Regional and international organizations (including RACVIAC and DPPI SEE), Academic institutions and experts in disaster risk reduction.
