  • An unexpected visit by Santa Claus gathered Ukrainian and children of RACVIAC staff…

RACVIAC – Centre for Security Cooperation is delighted to share that on December 16, 2024, it hosted a heartwarming children’s celebration to mark the joyous Christmas season. The enchanting spirit of Santa Claus came alive at a lively party held at the “Pleter” restaurant, spreading holiday cheer to all attendees.

This year, RACVIAC placed a special focus on Ukrainian children, who, due to the ongoing war in their homeland, are spending Christmas far away from the comfort of their homes. In recognition of their resilience and to make their time in a new environment a little brighter, RACVIAC organized a modest but memorable gathering for them alongside the children of RACVIAC employees.

Adding to the magic of the occasion, Santa Claus himself made a cheerful appearance, captivating the young attendees and wholeheartedly endorsing the event. His presence brought smiles and created enduring memories, highlighting the spirit of hope and joy that defines the Christmas and New Year’s season.

The event served as a reminder of the power of community and kindness, bringing people together to foster a sense of unity and warmth during this special time of year. Parents expressed their gratitude for this thoughtful gesture, and the children had an unforgettable experience filled with laughter, excitement, and festive cheer.

In these challenging times, RACVIAC remains committed to supporting those in need and promoting the values of compassion and togetherness, especially during the holiday season.
