RACVIAC structure comprises 40 posts. The permanent staff currently includes a mixture of military and civilian personnel from 8 RACVIAC members (see Personnel).
The main goals of RACVIAC are fulfilled through the work of:
- Cooperative Security Environment with focus on Arms Control Pillar - responsible for organizing activities related to Arms Control treaties and agreements and other Confidence and Security Building Measures.
- Security Sector Reform Pillar - focuses its scope of activities on the new security chalenges related to Security Sector Reform.
- International and Regional Cooperation with focus on Euroatlantic Integration Pillar - responsible for facilitating dialogue and cooperation amongst the countries within South East Europe.
The support to the entire organization is provided by the Support to Management, the Administration and Finance Cell, and the Service Branch.
